Mr. Tobias,

We have completed our search. However, during the initial review we determined that some of the responsive materials contained potential US Park Police equities. Therefore, the responsive materials were sent to the USPP FOIA Office for additional review. I have reached out to them to request an update on their progress in reviewing the materials. Also, please be sure to reference the tracking number in the subject line of your emails, as it helps our ability to respond to status inquiries more rapidly. That will be especially true once we move to our new tracking system, which uses the tracking number as the primary search criteria and search results detail, rather than subject keywords.

Sincerely,

C.

From: National Park Service

Mr. Tobias,

As we previously advised you we have completed our search and during the initial review of those materials, we determined that some of the responsive materials contained US Park Police equities. Therefore, the responsive materials were sent to the USPP FOIA Office for additional review. I have reached out to them again to request an update on their progress in reviewing the materials.

Also, please be sure to reference the tracking number (NPS-2020-01037) in the subject line of your emails in all future communications regarding this request. Doing so facilitates our ability to respond to status inquiries. Omitting the tracking number may results in delays in our responding to inquiries. That will be especially true once we move to our new tracking system, which uses the tracking number as the primary search criteria and search results detail, rather than subject keywords.

Sincerely,

C.
