Records pertaining to the flight of CBP's Unmanned Aerial System with registration CBP-104 ("CBP-104") from Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota into and around the vicinity of Minneapolis, MN ("indicated city") on May 29, 2020 ("indicated date").

Records that should be considered responsive are:

Any correspondence with the Minnesota National Guard or any law enforcement agency for use of CBP-104 around indicated city on indicated date;
Any audio-visual format data obtained around indicated city from CBP-104's electro-optical/infrared sensors on indicated date;
Any audio-visual format data obtained around indicated city from CBP-104's surface search radar/ground moving target indicator on indicated date;
Any audio-visual recording or transcripts of communications from any ground control station in charge of the CBP-104 flight around indicated city on indicated date;
Any report or debriefing on the data obtained from CBP-104 around indicated city on indicated date, including those given to the staff of any government, law enforcement agency or to the Minnesota National Guard.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
