All policies, procedures, invoices, directives, and any other materials related to the selection, purchase, and application of lethal drugs used for execution or any other purpose.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This is an acknowledgement of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
requests. Two requests were received via email on January 12, 2017 for
documents related to the selection, purchase, and application of lethal
drugs used for execution or any other purpose; and for, documents pertaining
to any agreements between the United States Disciplinary Barracks and the
Bureau of Prisons. Your requests were combined into one case and assigned
Control Number FA-17-0141.
Once your request has been processed I will provide a follow-up email
regarding completion and a final determination. Prior to this, please

This is a final response from the United States Disciplinary Barracks
regarding your Freedom of Information Act request, FA-17-0141. After review
of the documents under request, it was determined that any available
documents related to the content of your request fall outside of our Initial
Denial Authority's purview. As a result, your request has been referred to
the U.S. Army Office of the Provost Marshal General for review and response.
Your request and contact information was referred to their office today, and
you should expect a direct response from them from this point forward.
