I am seeking all written communications (emails, faxes, and the like) between the United States Department of Agriculture and Dairy Management, Inc
(aka Dairy Management, found at www.dairy.org) and or Milk Producers Council (found at http://www.milkproducerscouncil.org) from January 1st, 2009, through December 4th, 2016, concerning greenhouse gas emissions in CA.
