U.S. Code § 4122 (b)(6) - FPI - lists of sales by the corporation

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All available lists of sales published for the period between January 1, 2000 through the date this request is processed. According to 18 U.S. Code § 4122 (b)(6): "Federal Prison Industries shall publish, after the end of each 6-month period, a list of sales by the corporation for that 6-month period. Such list shall be made available to all interested parties."

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
