A list of all current GSA contracts with the private company Universal Protection Service and Universal Services of America, including location, type of contract, amount and terms in digital format.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

In response to your request, available to the Public is the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) where you can do a search of "Universal Protection Service" and "Universal Services of America" and find all the contracts they have with GSA. To access the FPDS, please go click on the following weblink:

If there is something else you would like that is not contained in the FPDS database, let us know by February 4, 2016.  Otherwise we will interpret this as you no longer being interested in the matter and your FOIA request will be canceled without further notification on our part.
