* Tracking Number: NLRB-2019-000976
* Requester: Terry Brown
* Submitted Date: 06/18/2019
* Description: Any and all records from the case files pertaining to Amazon Logistics, Inc., Case No. 13-CA-179834 and Amazon.com, Amazon Fulfillment Center (PHL 7), Case No. 04-CA-180114
From: National Labor Relations Board
Dear Terry Brown:
This email is in response to your request, under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, received in this Office on June 18, 2019, in which you seek records in Amazon Logistics, Inc., Case No. 13-CA-179834 and Amazon.com, Amazon Fulfillment Center (PHL 7), Case No. 04-CA-180114.
Your request has been assigned to me.
You agreed to assume financial responsibility for the processing of your request up to $37.
Are you seeking specific records from those cases? Would you like me to provide you with the publicly available documents such as the charges, attorneys' notices of appearance and disposition letters? Are you seeking position statements and exhibits provided by the charged party employer?
If you are willing to provide me a list of the specific types of records you are seeking, this will allow us to greatly speed our response. If you are seeking the entire casefiles of those two cases, it will take longer to process our response to the request. If you would like, I would be happy to speak with you over the phone to describe which records our casefiles usually contain and give you a better idea of what is available.
If you would like to speed up our response I would be happy to help with that. Please let me know by close of business this Friday, June 21.
Sincerely,
Timothy Bearese
