From: Samuel Biddle

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any letters, memos, or communications to an office of a member of the US Congress or an office of a US Congressional Committee under the official authorship of the Secretary of Labor containing any of the following, "sexual exploitation" or "obscenity," dated April 28, 2017 or later, up to the present. While I understand that these are loaded terms due to recent media reports, Sec. Acosta was also reported to be a fierce proponent of obscenity law enforcement while the US Attorney for South Florida, and the provision of these records would inform the extent to which this policy interest has been implemented into enforcement during his tenure as head of the DoL.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Samuel Biddle
