Under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552), I am requesting access to and copies of all records, including but not limited to, electronic records, emails, correspondence, calendar entries, meeting notes, and any other communications from January 1, [Start Year] to the present, concerning any communications and contacts between Natalia Chefer (in her role as Managing Director of DE Shaw, please include any aliases or misspellings) and any personnel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Please include any available records related to meetings, phone calls, emails, and any other form of communication with Natalia Chefer. Additionally, I request any documents or communications that mention Natalia Chefer in discussions, memos, proposals, briefing materials, or other types of correspondence, especially in the context of her role at DE Shaw.

I understand that there may be fees for this request and would appreciate it if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. Please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of $[amount].

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
