I'm requesting a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) under EO 13526 (Section 3.5) of the "Third World COMINT Study", completed in 1982 and referred to here; https://www.cia.gov/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP84M00127R000200020054-6.pdf, as well as the "related study" described in that same document as being about the use of COMINT in support of policymakers directly involved with foreign governments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
EO 13526 requires a final answer within 365 days, I look forward to hearing from you within this time.

I'd like to note that EOM-2022-00120 is almost 1 year overdue. The MDR process requires a final response within 365 days of submission. As such, I would like to know what is currently happening with this request.
