Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Between 1963 and 1967 United States Postal Inspectors complied a detailed report pursuant to the August 14, 1962 Plymouth Mail Robbery. This detailed report consisted of records for the consideration of the IRS to review for income tax evasion. The IRS concluded its investigation. I am seeking the records pursuant this IRS investigation. The suspects involved were: John J. Kelley, Thomas R. Richards, Santo and Patricia Diaferio, Carmelo Merlino and Edward McAlney.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
