1. What types of internal and external communications are you asking for (e.g., letters, emails, etc.)?
Answer: electronic, paper-based, texted, audio and video records, including letters and emails, should be included);

2. What timeframe are you requesting (i.e. from month/date/year to month/date/year)?
Answer: 01/01/2010 to 11/12/20;

3. If requesting email correspondence, please provide:

a. the names of those individuals whose emails you want searched.
Answer: pls include emails to and from - Robert Egan; Susan Poulos; your Charlotte, NC hearings office; Office of Hearings Operations; Appeals Council;

b. the search terms applicable to your request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
