(Also went by alternate first name of Andrew. Also may have been known as Andrew Elijah Martinez)
Date of birth: 04/23/2000
Date of death: 09/04/2019
Place of death: Pomona, CA

This appears to have been a suicide death by train.

I have also included the medical examiner's report and the Pomona Police
department report for reference. The Pomona Police department record states
that their officer Solgat was handing the case to the Union Pacific police
department at the bottom of page 2 of the report.

The Pomona PD Reference number is: P000224-082723.
