Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Seeking all records, including but not limited to emails, official documents and/or data related to the cost and/or discussion of firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine from January 20, 2017 through January 20, 2021.

These records may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

1. Any reports or budgets regarding the costs of implementing firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine, including but not limited to Fiscal Impact Statements, budgets, expenditures or action plans.

2. Financial information, including costs, of contracts with third parties for the purpose of implementing firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine, including but not limited to registration tools, web services, digital and social media advertisements, and enforcement authorities.

3. Cost of contracts with legal entities (including outside and in-house counsel) regarding counsel related to implementing firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine.

4. Emails, text and online messages, letters, memos, policy papers, and any other communications regarding potential firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine

5. Names, positions and salaries of full and part-time government employees tasked with estimating the cost of implementing firing squads, group executions, expansion of the death penalty and/or death sentences, hangings, or use of a guillotine.
