From: Zaitchik, Benjamin J

Dear Ms. Cortes:

I am writing in reference to your February 18, 2013 FOIA request to Department of State regarding the Tor Project and several individuals associated with the organization. The Office of Information Programs and Services (IPS) has forwarded one document to us for review and direct reply to you. The document at issue is a Diplomatic Security Daily, which covers security incidents worldwide. We can expedite the processing of this document if we limit the scope of the review to the subject of the request, and not have to secure clearances from multiple offices and agencies that may be concerned with other topics covered in the report.

If you agree, we should be able to complete this case in the near future.

Thank you for your assistance,

Benjamin Zaitchik
