I request any subpoenas and electronic orders of preservation received by this office from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (“AFOSI”) received between 2008 and 2013, (the past 5 years) that mention the Tor Project, or one of the following individuals involved with the Tor Project, including Andrew Lewman, Roger Dingledine, Nick Mathewson, and Jacob Appelbaum (who also may be known as “Jacob Raven Appelbaum,” “Jacob Applebaum” or “Jake Appelbaum/Applebaum.”, referred to hereinafter as “JRA.”) If you find responsive but non-releasable information, please cite the exemptions and amount and type of exempted materials.

"There have been no subpoenas or requests for litigation holds submitted to AF ISR Agency by AFOSI or any other government agency or office. Therefore, we are not able to comply with your request. "

Please note that my request is not limited to "subpoenas or requests for litigation holds." It requests all information, including subpoenas.
