Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request any records pertaining to Tony Hsieh, founder of the online retailer Zappos, who died today.
Please find attached a newspaper report of his death, which can be accessed at https://www.reviewjournal.com/business/former-zappos-chief-tony-hsieh-dies-at-age-46-2193165/ .
In addition to any and all other searches you would customarily conduct, please conduct main file and cross-reference searches, as well as searches of ELSUR, MISUR, FISUR, TESUR, and field office records using electronic and manual indices as appropriate.
This request is not being made for any commercial purpose. The requested records will be immediately and freely available to the public on muckrock.com.
I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by portal upload or e-mail attachment if available, or CD-ROM if not.
