Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of every Title VIII conciliation agreement made between the Department of Housing and Urban Development and respondents who were accused of being in "violation of subsection 804(a) and Section 805 of Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968." I'm specifically requesting agreements made between 2019 and the present day and ask that they be made in electronic form. As an example, I've attached an agreement made between HUD and JP Morgan Chase https://www.hud.gov/sites/dfiles/FHEO/documents/21Chase%20Conciliation%20Agreement_Redacted_Redacted.pdf
I also request that agreements include any responsive documents of compliance and original complaints that correspond with the agreement. In the case of the JP Morgan Chase agreement above, the agreement notes: All required certifications and documentation of compliance must be submitted to R5FHEOConciliation@hud.gov. Therefore, I’m requesting all documentation that accompanies the agreement that HUD keeps for each agreement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
