To whom it may concern:

On July 14, 2014, I made the following Freedom of Information Act request to the Army Audit Agency. However, over a year later, I have not received even an acknowledgement. I have sent 11 follow up requests for the status of my request, but every single one of them has been ignored.

I appeal the constructive denial of my request and ask that the agency be directed to immediately provide a tracking number and estimated date of completion for the request then promptly thereafter provide the responsive records.

Further, please instruct the agency concerning their limited ability to charge fees due to their failure to meet the statutory deadline.
