Any and all documents, court filings, notes, communications or other data files related to, describing, or mentioning the company "The Bayrock Group, LLC," and its subsidiaries, founded by Tevfik Arif, dating back to Jan 1, 1999. There may be also be related data connecting to a "Sapir Organization." Existence of these organizations were described in this and other articles in the popular media: http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-01-15-86341122_x.htm
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
