To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

In Aug 2018 I had requested "Any correspondence [former] EOIR employee Anthony Murry sent or received between June 21, 2018 and the day this request is processed mentioning any of the following
keywords: “Pereira” or “Bermudez-Cota” or “Bermudez Cota” or “Notice to Appear” or “Notices to Appear” or “NTA” or “Stop Time” or “Stop-Time”; and a copy of Anthony Murry’s calendar for the days between June 21, 2018 and August
31, 2018."

The agency assigned my request Case No. FOIA 2018-48365 and partially denied it. My administrative appeal (Case No. DOJ-AP-2019-002235) has been granted. I am requesting the Administrative Appeal Remand Memorandum the EOIR received following the granting of that appeal.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Matthew Hoppock
