Any talking points considering reports of Reuters news articles about Cyberpoint LLC a firm in Baltimore, MA, Dark Matter, a firm in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of the United Arab Emirates as well as NESA, National Electronic Security Authority, of the year 2019.
