Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents or FBI files pertaining to Steve Ditko, an obituary of whom was published in The New York Times on July 7, 2018 under the headline "Steve Ditko, Influential Comic-Book Artist Who Helped Create Spider-Man, Dies at 90". Please see attached PDF copy of that obituary, which may also be found at https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/07/obituaries/steve-ditko-dead-spider-man.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
