Hello,
I am additionally appealing the denial of this request. In contrast to the claim that the records sought are not sufficiently described, both items sought in this request are specific sets of documents resulting from legal actions begun by the Enforcement Counsel over a reasonably delineated time period of 2-3 years. It is not plausible that finding and providing a relatively limited set of documents stemming from these legal proceedings would require "herculean effort," as the denial of my initial request claimed. Accordingly, this appeal should be granted and the records sought provided to me.
