From: Zac Champigny

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Congressman and former 4 tour US Marine Seth Moulton mentioned multiple times in his first campaign for Congress as well as in multiple interviews afterward that he represented the USA in a journalistic effort alongside an Iraqi translator that was published regularly on National T.V. in Iraq. Seth was in some ways one of the most public faces for the USA in Iraq after the invasion of Iraq. One tape for instance he says focused on the rebuilding of the electrical grid. These tapes do not seem to be publicly available. I request all footage taken for the project both published nationally in Iraq as well as unedited and unpublished.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Zac Champigny

I request all instances Seth Moulton was on public T.V. in Iraq as a host of his news show along with his interpreter from 2003-2008 representing the USA.

Hope that helps narrow it down. I believe Mohammed is the name of his interpreter who was also on the show.

Here is a link to Seth discussing being on T.V. in Iraq

"The Massachusetts Democrat also joked about how his celebrity status has changed now that he’s a member of Congress compared to his time hosting a TV show with his translator, Mohammed, while he was deployed in Iraq as a member of the Marine Corps.

“I used to get fan mail. I used to get asked to sign autographs in the street,” said Moulton, who served four tours of duty in Iraq. “I mean, no one asks me for my autograph now, as a member of Congress. So this is a total step down.”"

From: Zac Champigny

The show's name was "Moulton and Mohammed" and every episode would be ideal, even if they fall out of the 2003-2008 range.
