HY08190005, closed 9/3/10, DOJ Antitrust Division conducting an inquiry re
several companies who do business with the federal government. It is
suspected that the companies are involved in bid-rigging. Numerous USDA
contracts including the Forest Service and Agricultural Research Service
have been awarded to those companies, 3 debarments.

OIG Assistance in Investigation of 3 Grocery Stores Allegedly Involved in
EBT Trafficking and who have ties to Terrorist Organizations.

HY27490349 closed 2/25/09, Food Stamp Trafficking, Boston Joint Terrorism
Task Force Requested USDA-OIG Assistance in Investigation.

HY27481351, closed 8/5/10, subject store is trafficking in USDA Food Stamp
benefits. Additionally, the New York Police Department possesses information
regarding the store owner, who is allegedly involved in attempting to
purchase illegal explosives. The investigation is being conducted jointly
with the NYPD to explore all relevant criminal activity, $300, 675.

HY33010105, closed 6/29/10, subject misused her government purchase credit
card ­ theft of government funds for personal use, $10,330, employee
resigned.

HY33300007, closed 9/20/10, Subject involved in promoting illegal dog
fighting through the selling of dog fighting videos via the U.S. Mail.

HY33300018, closed 11/19/08, Animal Welfare Violations, Bad Newz Kennels

HY33300028, closed 5/28/10, Subject was responsible for holding and
conducting dog fights in the state of Pennsylvania.

HY33990043, closed 8/10/10, laboratory is allegedly falsifying and
mislabeling shipments of poultry vaccines, 9 convictions, $691,710.

KC05010006, closed 3/12/09, Personnel, Subject is Misusing Government
Computer to Attack Commercial Website.

KC08010157, closed 3/23/09, Personnel, Forest Service Law Enforcement
Officer Allegedly Grabbed Shirt of a Person at a local Wal-Mart while in FS
uniform because she was offended by what it said on it, individual resigned.

KC33300002, closed 9/21/09, Animal Welfare Violations, Dog Fighting Survey
Case.

SF33990085, closed 10/2/09, False Statement/Representation, Subjects
allegedly moved wild animals (bobcats and tigers) from licensed facility to
unlicensed facility, at least two animals escaped, resulting in death of one
person.

SF33990095, closed 5/1/09, Persons Unknown, Southern Border of Arizona,
Border Blitz Operation with EPA, DHS, US Fish & Wildlife, USDA-SITC.

TE02010080, closed 2/25/10, Subject alleged to have solicited sexual contact
with a quote 17 unquote mail via the internet and while using his government
computer while on duty, employee suspended.

TE24340058, closed 9/30/09, Adulterate/Alter Product, Subject alleged to
have adulterated/mislabeled meat product sold and transported interstate,
containing specified risk material SRM.

TE24990012, closed 2/25/10, FSIS Contract Employee allegedly stole 24 laptop
computers belonging to USDA, FSIS, joint investigation with Fort Worth
Police Department.

TE27481236, closed 2/5/10, Winnsboro Gas & Grocery, Food Stamp Trafficking,
According to information obtained by FBI, store owner is trafficking in EBT
benefits. According to the FBI, owner is sending large amounts of money to
his Middle Eastern homeland, case worked jointly with the FBI.

TE33300008, closed 9/30/09, Animal Welfare Violations, Subject allegedly
using property of other family members part of an Indian Trust to
facilitate/sponsor cockfighting.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
