PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS EMAIL

Dear Mr. Morisy,

For clarification we ask that you use our control number when inquiring about your request. (FOIA 15-00219-H)

Your request has been sent out to be searched. As I stated in the (attached) acknowledgement letter emailed to you on June 10, 2015, “A number of requests received prior to yours are pending, and your request will be processed in turn. We will make every effort to respond to your request as quickly as possible. Although we are committed to responding to your request in a timely manner, we estimate that we will not be able to respond to your request in 20 working days. We need more time to complete the search of a facility geographically separated from this office, review the record(s) for release, and prepare the response to you, as some requests, depending upon the volume of records, the complexity of the search, and/or the sensitivity of the subject matter, requires additional time to complete.”

Because I don’t have a response from my point of contacts I speculate that your request could take until June 2016 to complete. I will give you a better estimate of a completion date once I receive responses. The above date is a best guess estimate.
