Select CREST Footage

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Video footage of the CREST stations at the National Archives II from 1:45-1:55 PM on 21 October 2013. I have included a privacy waiver from Kelly McClanahan, who should be the only person to appear in the video.

Since I am only seeking 10 minutes of video footage and have provided a privacy waiver for the person who appears in it, I expect that there should not be any assessable fees. If you determine that fees should be assessed, please contact me and I will make a request for a public interest fee waiver at that time.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
