Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any summary statistics or reports available on Russian securities (stocks, ADRs, bonds, EFTs and mutual funds) traded on US exchanges before Russian sanctions began in February 2022. Please include: 1. Market value of securities before sanctions 2. Market losses following sanctions 3. Percentage of these securities owned by politically connected persons in the Russia Federation 4. Percentage of securities owned by Russian citizens vs. US citizens vs. third country citizens 5. Value, dates and ownership of very large sales of Russian securities during February 2022 6. Statistics on the dates and value of short sales and options trades during February 2022 7. Estimated percent of total Russian security value traded on US exchanges before sanctions

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
