This is an appeal regarding my commercial fee status. I make FOIA requests for various reasons and in various capacities. This FOIA request is being made in my personal capacity for personal, non-commercial use. Further, I am making this request directly myself. Nobody is making this request on my behalf. I will not be selling the records received. Therefore, this request is not from or on behalf of anyone with a profit making incentive to make the request.
