Records--written or electronic correspondence, grants (denied and fulfilled), evaluations, etc.-- related to programs to evaluate the Hubbard Detox Program AKA Hubbard Purification Program including records relating to the September 2010 grant of $633,677 issued by the U.S. Department of Defense for vets with Gulf War illness to be treated with the program.
