This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like to obtain all FOIA/PA records pertaining to FOIA/PA request SBA-2017-001312. I am requesting the SBA-2017-001312 "file" which should include at a minimum the records released as a result of FOIA/PA request SBA-2017-001312 and the correspondence between the SSA and the requester. If possible, please also provide me with the Request ID, Requester Name, Organization, Requester Category, Request Description, Received Date, Request Status, Closed Date, Final Disposition, and any other pertinent information. I can provide a Privacy Act release if that is deemed necessary. If additional information is needed please let me know, I would be more than happy to provide it.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
