Good Afternoon Mr. Scott:

We are processing your FOIA requests for emails sent to, from or copied to Sarah Fabian. Many of the emails include publicly filed court documents as attachments. To speed up the process, would you be amendable to our office excluding the court filings from the responsive records? Thank you.

Good Afternoon:

A quick follow up on your requests. For your second request, you asked for us to search for the term "abuse." We are finding that the word "abuse" is fairly broad and capturing unrelated items. Would you be amendable excluding the word "abuse?" Thank you.

Yes, you may ignore the term "abuse".

Thanks for the prompt response.

Good Morning:

We are still processing your request as there were quite a few records which may be responsive. We ended up not having to remove the word abuse as it wouldn't have made much of a difference in the overall record count. Thank you.
