Healthcare System Facility for fiscal years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-
2024, utilizing terminology outlined in the "FY 2024 VA Budget in Brief"
document available on VA's website.

Specifically, I am requesting the following information for each fiscal year
mentioned above:

1. Total Appropriations: - The total budget allocation (obligations and outlays)
for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Healthcare System Facility.

2. Program Level Detail (broken down by category and itemized as available)
a. Personnel Costs: Including salaries, wages, and related benefits for
employees.
b. Medical Services & Medical Community Care Services: Expenditures
related to medical care services and Medical Community Care services
provided to veterans.
c. Medical Support and Compliance: Costs associated with support services
and compliance efforts within the healthcare facility.
d. Facilities: Expenditures for maintaining and operating healthcare facilities.
e. Information Technology: Costs related to information technology
infrastructure and services.
f. Construction: Expenditures for construction projects within the facility.
g. any and all other appropriate categories

3. Budgetary allocations designated for specific programs or initiatives within
the facility, corresponding to the categories listed in the "FY 2024 VA Budget
