Good afternoon,

I'm following up on a request sent previously for access to material from the General Correspondence, Series 320 pertaining to Paul L.E. Helliwell (FOIA 2024-005). I would like to move forward with obtaining digital copies of these records. If possible, please advise of an estimate for the cost of reproduction.

Thank you for your help in processing this request. I appreciate the work the National Archives and Records Administration does in reviewing requests and releasing all eligible records.

Sincerely,
Robert Skvarla, Jr.

From: Nixon Presidential Library & Museum

Hello Mr. Skvarla,

I have scanned the documents in Series 320 folder Helliwell, Paul L. E. and
am attaching the documents as a PDF file. Because there are less than ten
pages, there is no charge for the scanned documents.

To be clear, Series 320 is open to researchers but has not been fully
digitized. Please feel free to contact us directly at
nixonreference@nara.gov if you are interested in any additional materials
held at this facility as the majority of archival records here are not
subject to FOIA.

Best regards,
Carla Braswell
