Any and all written communications between Vero Beach, Florida Office Lead Jose Rivera and Christian Spilker, an executive at Collier Enterprises. This request also seeks all communications between Rivera and any representatives, staffers or officials of Tarpon Blue Companies, a real estate firm in southwest Florida.

This request seeks records produced since January 1, 2023.

I am a reporter for the Florida Center for Government Accountability, and other outlets.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
