From: Michael Morisy
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed. These communications are stored together and should be easily accessible.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Michael Morisy

I am writing on behalf of the Freedom of Information Act Officer for the Office of Intelligence and Analysis in response to your request and follow-up messages, below. We have no prior record of receiving this request. You asked for "all responses sent to Congressional committees between Jan.1, 2008 and the date that this request is processed." It's not clear from your request whether you are seeking documents from the Department or just from I&A. Could you please clarify? Additionally, the Department posts a log of Congressional correspondence on its website, in the FOIA reading room. See, e.g., http://www.dhs.gov/publication/priv-congressional-log-june-2013. Is this sufficient for your purposes?

Good Morning,
First, let me apologize for my delayed response, I have been in battle with the flu. Just wanted to let you know that the 2 above mention cases have been assigned to me to process, and I am looking to have my review done within the next 20 to 25 days. The cases are voluminous but I am currently working on them and may have to release them in interims.
Respectfully,
Tea

HI Mr. Morisy,
Please allow me to clarify, TSA did not process nor handle the above mentioned FOIA request (2014-IAFO-0017). As mention in the emails dated February 27, 2014 and those following the DHS, Office of Intelligence & Analysis processed the above mentioned` case and should be contacted to obtain any information pertaining to that FOIA request, not TSA.
The missing subject line from the email you paste and cut into this email, shows the following FOIA request that TSA is currently processing, please see the highlighted subject line:
TSA FOIA Request 2014-TSFO-00457 & 2013-TSFO-01424. An email dated 4/12/2017 was sent in response to a status request for the highlighted request
I suggest you contact the Office of Intelligence & Analysis for any information you are seeking pertaining to your FOIA request 2014-IAFO-0017.
