Requesting ALL Information DHS has Regarding Investigations/Watchlisting on Myself.

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting information from the time period 1/1/2007 through present concerning any investigations, watchlists or any other programs I am placed on or am the subject of. This should include any Joint Task Force, investigations involving the Phoenixville Police Department, the East Brandywine Township Police Department, Community Policing Programs, the use of Contractors, use of Drones, use of aircraft, use of tracking devices or technology, the use of any non-lethal weapons, surveillance equipment, devices, intelligence resources, extra-judicial organizations such as Law Enforcement Intelligence Units, Terrorism Liaison Officers, and InfraGuard. Please include any information which DHS has regarding myself although it maybe redundant.

I would appreciate any and all information DHS has regarding myself in an electronic format as well as paper. Electronic information can be sent to my email and a Compact Disc which can be sent to my residence. I intend to publish this information to several communities on Facebook and my personal website. Please waive any fees connected to this request, if possible and appropriate.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
