I would like the scoring sheets and price proposal information for RFP IST004006 that Mecklenburg County issued for earlier in 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning sir.
I apologize for the delay while I gathered the information you requested.
Attached to this email is the evaluation scorecard along with all of the associated evaluation narratives (please note that one will be blank because that vendor was selected). Additionally I have included the pricing for all of the submitted proposals. While most of the pricing sheets are uniform, there were a few that I had to extract from the overall proposal document.
