Can you please confirm is Skywarn ID PB01331 was issues by the FL, Miami forecast Office. Also if there is a name attached to this ID number, please provide that and including the initial training location.

This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

There should not be any fees associated with this request but in the event that there are fees, please fulfill my request along with an attached invoice. Delivery via email attachment is preferred and authorized.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Joe,

I have attached the email from the Palm Beach County Coordinator which will narrow your search. Also PB1331 as the Skywarn ID number without the 0 in front may also help.
Also This request is being made from an individual and is NOT for commercial purposes But a check has been mailed anyway. But the request remains the same and just confirm whether a Skywarn ID card would have been issued upon completion.
