To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all information/records on Eugene M. Locke, who passed away on April 28, 1972. (See attached obituary in The Dallas Morning News.)

Mr. Locke was a former U.S. ambassador and deputy U.S. ambassador to South Vietnam, leader of the Texas Democratic Party, and a senior partner in the Dallas law firm of Locke, Purnell, Boren, Laney and Neely and a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Texas governor in 1968.

Please search all files for any information about Mary Ferrell, who, reportedly, worked as a secretary for Locke, Purnell, Boren, Laney and Neely, starting, perhaps, in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Mrs. Ferrell amassed a large amount of material about the assassination of President Kennedy. Mrs. Ferrell passed away in 2004. (See attached obituary for Mary Ferrell in The Dallas Morning News.)

I'm the author of a blog on the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me
