To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all information/records on Eugene M. Locke, who passed away on April 28, 1972. (See attached obituary in The Dallas Morning News.)

Mr. Locke was a former U.S. ambassador and deputy U.S. ambassador to South Vietnam, leader of the Texas Democratic Party, and a senior partner in the Dallas law firm of Locke, Purnell, Boren, Laney and Neely and a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Texas governor in 1968.

Please search all files for any information about Mary Ferrell, who, reportedly, worked as a secretary for Locke, Purnell, Boren, Laney and Neely, starting, perhaps, in the late 1960s or early 1970s. Mrs. Ferrell amassed a large amount of material about the assassination of President Kennedy. Mrs. Ferrell passed away in 2004. Here is a link to her obituary in The Dallas Morning News.

I'm the author of a blog on the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me
