This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any and all communications between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and any of the following between October 12, 2016 and October 26, 2016:
(1) Morton County, North Dakota Sheriff’s Department
(2) Office of Governor, State of North Dakota
(3) North Dakota Tactical Operation Center
(4) TigerSwan, Inc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We have no record of the FOIA request that you sent on December 16, 2016, however I assigned the request of your follow up email on January 18, 2017 to the appropriate FAA office. Your request is due to you on March 8, 2017 and the assigned FAA office expects to meet that date.
