Request for correspondence

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request copies of correspondence between James DiEugenio and the CIA pertaining to two books authored by DiEugenio: "Destiny Betrayed" (2012) and "Reclaiming Parkland" (2013). I request correspondence for the two years prior to the publication of each book and two years after publication.

DiEugenio operates CTKA.net, a site on the Kennedy assassination and other issues.

I'm the author of a blog on the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I want to amend this FOIA by requesting copies of correspondence between the CIA and James DiEugenio for the two years prior to publication and two years following publication for "Reclaiming Parkland: Tom Hanks, Vincent Bugliosi, and the JFK Assassination." The book was written by DiEugenio and was published in November 5, 2013. John Kirsch
