Dear Ms Brudy-Everett
I am writing in regards to your response for the Case No: FOIA-OCD2022-0080.
I understand that request for agency records might not have been reasonably described. I am updating the request to make it clearer. Could you kindly consider the following request.
1) All CPOT - linked cases from 2010 and 2020. For each case kindly provide a) the name of entity listed in CPOT (Consolidated Priority Targets) b) Date of the Case Registration c) Location of Case Registration.
The OCDETF seems to maintain and manage the CPOT List on behalf of the Attorney-General. I guess the request is rightfully directed to OCDETF's FOIA Office.
I understand that the case inventory might be stored in the OCDETF Management Information System (MIS), it must feasible to share the relevant MIS Data Files. The statistics on OCDETF's case inventory are also disclosed in the agency's Annual Interagency Crime and Drug Enforcement Congressional Submission.
If it isn't possible to provide the dis-aggregated data, kindly let me know at what level of aggregation can the data be provided.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
