A copy of the report titled "Prolonged brainstem and/or vestibular damage", PID# 040350, dated 10/07/2004, written by S. J. Singer, R.Ph., Division of Drug Risk Evaluation (DDRE), which summarizes case reports of persistent dizziness and/or loss of balance associated with mefloquine.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
