This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any TSA reports as well as communication with other agencies regarding the entry refusal of Raed Saleh, the head of Syria Civil Defense, who was refused entry into the country on April 20, 2016 at Washington’s Dulles International Airport.
This incident was widely reported. See for example: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/04/21/world/middleeast/leader-of-syria-rescue-group-arriving-in-us-for-award-is-refused-entry.html.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
