Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any written or electronic communications, including email attachments, sent or received by Director Robert Redfield, and/or his executive assistants and secretaries, that contain one or more of the following words or phrases: "COVID19", "coronavirus", "COVID-19", "Kirkland", "AIPAC", "airlines", "test kit" and/or "cruise".
This request seeks records produced since March 1, 2020. I am a reporter with The Guardian and The Nation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

As stated below, the CDC FOIA Office did not receive this referral from HHS (the case number belongs to their office). As also stated below, we would be happy to open a new request for you if you’re still interested. However, as you can also see below, on Nov. 6 Jimmy Tobias stated that this case can be closed. Due to that response, the CDC FOIA Office did not open a new request. If you have any questions about your original case number, you will need to follow-up directly with HHS where it was originally submitted.
