From: John Kirsch

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all releasable information/records on Gary Mack, a Dallas broadcaster and Kennedy assassination expert who passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Here is a link to his obituary in The New York Times, http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/17/us/gary-mack-kennedy-assassination-expert-dies-at-68.html?_r=0

I request that the CIA search its files for any record/information indicating an employment or informant relationship of any kind between Mack and the CIA.

I'm the author of a blog on the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

John Kirsch
