I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to obtain specific records related to two meetings that occurred during the summer of 1985, involving unidentified FBI agents and individuals listed below:

To facilitate a comprehensive response, I kindly request a complete electronic copy of the following documents pertaining to the above-mentioned meetings:

• Emails and Memos: copies of emails, memorandums, or other written communications exchanged before, during, or after the meetings involving the FBI agents and the listed individuals.
• Investigation Reports: case files, or summaries related to the meetings and their purpose.
• Photos or Videos: photographs or video footage that may have been taken during the meetings or any associated events.
• Meeting Agendas: copies of meeting agendas or topics discussed during the meetings.
• Attendee Lists: lists of all attendees present at the meetings, including names and affiliations.
• Phone Call Records: records of any phone calls made or received by the FBI agents or the listed individuals around the time of the meetings.
• Meeting Attendee Statements: Any statements or testimonies provided by the meeting attendees to the FBI or any other agency.
• Any Related Documents: any other documents, records, or materials related to the meetings, the FBI agents, and the individuals involved, even if not explicitly mentioned in your initial request.

Please provide all available information and materials relevant to this meeting and the individuals involved. Your cooperation in processing this request in a timely manner would be greatly appreciated.

The FBI’s FOIPA Program is searching the FBI’s indices for potentially responsive documents.

Estimated Dates of Completion
Requests are processed in the order in which they are received through our multi-track processing system. Requests are divided into two primary tracks--simple (under 50 pages of potentially responsive documents) and complex (over 50 pages of potentially responsive documents). Complex requests are further divided into medium, large, and extra-large sub-tracks based upon request size. Simple track requests typically require the least amount of time to process. Currently, simple track cases average approximately 122 days from the date of receipt for processing. Our complex requests in the medium processing track are currently averaging 1,230 days, large processing track are currently averaging approximately 2,010 days, and extra-large processing track are currently averaging 2,370 days for processing.
